How a film gets made

The same five steps for a 15-second spot or a three-minute episode.

    Story

    Hook, problem, low point, payoff. If it doesn't work on paper, no model will save it.

  2. 2

    Look

    Characters, sets and style frames, locked before anything moves.

  3. 3

    Motion

    Shot by shot in Seedance and Kling, with the same characters in every frame.

  4. 4

    Sound

    Voices, music and effects. Half of a joke is timing, and timing is sound.

  5. 5

    Edit

    Cut in Premiere for where it will live: vertical, horizontal, captioned, on time.

I care about story first. The tools change every month. A strong hook, a character you like and a good ending don't.
